‘Tool’ time: Mr. T nails DIY Network show

Eighties icon Mr. T will host a show for DIY Network called … wait for it … "I Pity the Tool."

The show's title plays off of Mr. T's famous catchphrase, "I pity the fool!"

In the series, premiering later this year, the mohawked muscleman (real name: Lawrence Tireaud) will work with a team to renovate outdated spaces, hoping to transform these into modern, aesthetically pleasing rooms. He'll work with "HGTV Design Star" winner/interior designer Tiffany Brooks.

Mr. T, 62, rose to fame as fearsome fighter Clubber Lang in "Rocky III" (1982) and went on to co-star as BA Baracus in NBC's "The A-Team" for five seasons (1983-87).

He also starred in a short-lived TV Land reality show called "I Pity the Fool," which aired in 2006.
