That collectors and art world notables are flying into Los Angeles for the MOCA Gala next Saturday celebrating the first comprehensive retrospective of Urs Fischer. That Sushi Samba co-founder Shimon Bokovza and 29 members of his staff compete this weekend in the Tough Mudder event in Las Vegas, a 12-mile run through an obstacle course designed by British Special Forces . . . That Elaine Stritch ran into journalist Mimi Kazan on Park Avenue. Stritch — who is leaving the city after 71 years here — told Kazan when asked what she'd miss most about New York: "Actually I am looking forward to doing nothing in Michigan."
