Frank Marshall is the latest Hollywood movie producer spending time in New York with theater and TV projects. Known for the "Raiders of the Lost Ark," "Back to the Future," "Bourne Identity" and "Jurassic Park" franchises — as well as Oscar-nominated "The Color Purple" — Marshall's prepping a stage musical of the Tim Burton movie "Big Fish" as the first project for Parrot Head, the company he has launched with his friend of 30 years, island rocker Jimmy Buffett. The show is headed for the Neil Simon Theatre this fall. Marshall's also been in town, we hear, working on CBS pilot "The Ordained," by "The September Issue" director R.J. Cutler. The show about a Kennedy-like family has been shooting on the Upper East Side, including at the the American Irish Historical Society. Spies saw the cast — including Hope Davis, Sam Neill and Audra McDonald — munching on waffles at midnight there when producers rolled in a Belgian-waffle truck.
