Lena Dunham, who despite rumors is not engaged to boyfriend Jack Antonoff, won't be taking him as her date to the Golden Globes on Sunday.
Instead, she'll bring "Girls" co-star Andrew Rannells. "We're going public with our love," Rannells joked at the Season 4 premiere of the HBO show at the American Museum of Natural History Monday.
Dunham, whose character goes to graduate school in the new season, said of school, "Like IHOP, it was quite exciting while it was happening and afterwards I felt quite sick."
Dunham, who has taken a bashing over comments she made in her memoir, has support from cast mate Jemima Kirke.
"Every time something happens I am like, 'I'm so sorry,'" Kirke told us. "I didn't realize people could be that low . . . I'm really grossed out, but also really impressed by the people who stayed committed fans."
Guests included Jon Hamm, Kirstie Alley and Gayle King.
