The long-suffering girlfriend of playboy banana mogul Thomas Hoey wept as she told The Post how much she misses her locked up lover and fears that a judge might issue a restraining order Friday when he's sentenced for beating her bloody.
"I wasn't victimized by Tom but I certainly have been victimized by this whole process and my voice was taken," said willowy blond Alison Bretherick, who denies she was ever assaulted by her banana king — although a jury convicted him of the 2012 crime last May.
"I was told what was best for me and I was told to just accept it. If it's on my behalf, I don't understand because I'm the one suffering."
The beautiful University of Pennsylvania grad has written two letters to Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Daniel Fitzgerald begging him not to issue the protective order, which would bar her from visiting the CEO of the Long Island Banana Corp. in jail.
She dutifully visits him three times a week where the dysfunctional lovebirds are permitted to hold hands and briefly kiss, she said.
"It's my relationship, my choices and my life," said Bretherick, 29, her large blue eyes pooling with tears. "Tom is someone who understands me through and through. He was not just my lover, but my best friend and, if anything, I really just miss him in my daily life. I don't want to lose that connection."

The hard-partying banana boss was charged for beating Bretherick in March 2012 after a neighbor heard her whimpering in the stairwell of their Upper East Side apartment building and emerged to see her face covered in blood and Hoey clutching her wrists, according to trial testimony.
He faces as much as four years in prison on the top count of felony tampering with evidence for trying to clean up her blood before police arrived.
Hoey, 46, could spend as much as a decade behind bars in an unrelated federal case for refusing to call for help when a woman he plied with cocaine fatally overdosed during a wild three-way sex party in 2009.
In an unusual move, Bretherick, who has hired PR crisis manager Wendy Feldman in an effort to repair her reputation, plans to read a victim impact statement at her lover's sentencing blasting the district attorney for ruining her life.
"My life has been turned upside down and destroyed as a result of this case," she writes in the statement obtained by the Post urging the judge to show the father of two leniency. "I stand before you [asking] you to not punish this man, or myself any more than we already have been."
