Offense
How is it Eli Manning tosses three TD passes, does not throw an interception, is not sacked, has a QB rating of 116.7 and yet it's not nearly enough? Lousy rushing attack featuring Andre Williams (18-51), too many penalties from inconsistent O-line, two lost fumbles by TE Larry Donnell (7-90). At least Odell Beckham Jr. (two TDs) looked good. Third down (5 of 13) the worst down.

Defense
At least they made DeMarco Murray (28-128, 1 TD) work for his requisite 100-yard game. Some pressure on Tony Romo early but Romo (17 of 23, 279, 3 TDs) was nearly perfect and in the second half, Prince Amukamara had no answers for Dez Bryant (9-151). Amukamara did have a (momentary) game-changing INT. Coverage on TE Gavin Escobar (two TDs) pretty bad, with early blown coverage. Third down (9 of 14 converted) the worst down.
Grade: C
Special teams
Steve Weatherford was able to drop punts at the Dallas 7- and 13-yard lines. Michael Cox had a 40-yard kickoff return, taking the ball out from 5 yards deep in the end zone. It's the longest return of the season for the Giants. Josh Brown had four touchbacks. Odell Beckham Jr. had two punt returns for 21 yards.
Grade: B+
Coaching
Tom Coughlin got his club to play physical and compete, but too many mistakes and just not enough good stuff. Ben McAdoo was adamant about sticking with the run, despite the meager results. Got to believe Perry Fewell did not want to see CB Chandler Fenner isolated in the slot against Dez Bryant, a bad matchup.
Grade: C
