Is Derek Jeter ready to settle down with Hannah Davis?

Derek Jeter has been living in a rented West Village townhouse this season, where there aren't "any family photos . . . or any sign of [girlfriend] Hannah Davis," according to New York magazine.

But the retiring Yankees great hinted on Monday that could change.

In an interview for fans with sports memorabilia dealer Brandon Steiner, Jeter said of not having settled down, "I was too selfish to be able to juggle a family and kids. But I look forward to it happening. I just know that I . . . couldn't have done it while I was playing."

Jeter, 40, added, "I was . . . too selfish, I guess."

He's been dating Davis, 24, for more than a year. A source said, "They are really happy. She could be the one."

Minka Kelly was a constant presence in Jeter's life in 2009, and joined him on the World Series parade float.

Most recently, Jeter had been dating swimsuit model Hannah Davis, but the pair split a few months ago.
