The mother of a Queens teen sexually abused by her female dance instructor wants to sue the city because no one noticed the inappropriate relationship, according to court papers.
Tyshaunna Roberts, 22, pleaded guilty in June to sexual abuse for encounters with the 13-year-old girl in 2012 and 2013.
The mother's $10 million claim against the teacher, the city, and the Sports and Arts in Schools Foundation was rejected because she missed a legal deadline.
She wants a judge to greenlight her suit, which claims authorities failed to "take notice of clues, hints and complaints concerning inappropriate behavior."
A lawyer for Roberts declined to comment on the mother's legal claim.
The foundation could not be reached for comment.
