A makeover in Times Square? BR Guest!

Times Square is getting an upscale makeover, Side Dish has learned.

A new flagship Dos Caminos is coming to the W Hotel, along with an updated take on Blue Fin.

It's all part of a master plan by James Gersten, CEO of BR Guest Hospitality.

Gersten — who was the business force behind La Esquina and who also ran the international portfolio of top chef Jean Georges Vongerichten's restaurants — has been hiring up a storm of talented young chefs and designers to revamp BR Guest's iconic restaurants since he was hired last December.

BR Guest eateries also include Blue Water Grill, Isabella's, Atlantic Grill and Strip House.

In Times Square, Gersten is splitting the current Blue Fin at 1577 Broadway in half.

Dos Caminos will take over 6,700 square feet, designed by Brooklyn-based HoMe, with lighting by L'Observatoire International, while Blue Fin will be 7,500 square feet, designed by Robert McKinley and also with L'Observatoire lighting.

Gersten, who is working on rebranding the Hilo space in the Meatpacking District, is also developing new projects outside of New York.

BR Guest is owned by Barry Sternlicht, founder of Starwood Hotel & Resorts, and founder and CEO of Starwood Capital Group. Sternlicht is also founder of W Hotels.

Tavern-styled tapas eatery 100 Montaditos is opening its second location at 177 Ludlow St. in the Lower East Side.

The casual Spanish spot is taking over 2,500 square feet, with 74 seats, and serves up to 100 variations of its namesake.

Montaditos, which date back to the 15th century, are small bread rolls with fillings such as Serrano ham, chorizo and Iberian cheeses.

The new location set to open Tuesday will give away samples from noon until 3 p.m.

The flagship, on Bleecker Street, opened last November, and 26 more locations are planned for New York over the next three years, said Mini Hospitality, a joint venture of Crown Acquisitions and Naftali Group, which holds the New York franchise.

Remember the snow cones of your childhood?

Well, get ready for snow creams — based on Taiwanese and Korean shaved ice — made with organic Hudson Valley milk and cream instead of water and syrup.

Snowdays Shavery, an 800 square foot space at 241 E. 10th St., is slated to open later this month.

Owner Tony Quach, who hails from New York, discovered the frozen treat on the West Coast.

"I'm excited to bring the concept to New York," said Quach, who signed a 10-year lease. He was repped by BOND New York's Joseph Robinson, while Jonis Realty repped the landlord.

We hear … that Steiner Sports will display more than a dozen baseball artifacts, including a Mickey Mantle autographed Yankee cap, at Michael Jordan's The Steak House NYC in Grand Central Terminal. Other artifacts include a "game-used" batting glove and cleat worn by Derek Jeter, said restaurateur Penny Glazier. The launch is Monday.
