The secret behind Ricky Martin's age-defying look is out.

It's all about facials, lip masks, face masks, and a whole lotta pampering.

And, judging by his latest Instagram photo, plenty of hours spent pumping iron.

The 42-year-old hunk uploaded this snap of his impressive abs on social media to the delight of his 750,000 followers.

The caption reads: "Being pampered by @hanic_makeup_lashes #facemask #lipmask #handmask gotta love it. #promoUSA".

Perhaps he's scrubbing up ahead of his performance at the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday Night.

The Puerto Rican pop musician will perform alongside Miley Cyrus, Jennifer Lopez, Pitbull, 5 Seconds of Summer, Florida Georgia Line, Jason Derulo, Imagine Dragons, Luke Bryan, John Legend and OneRepublic.

Meanwhile, the singer who is a coach on Australia's version of The Voice, has been dubbed "the seducer" on this year's singing show and is a favorite among female contestants.

Last week, he uploaded this holiday snap of himself wearing nothing but his budgie smugglers.
"Hahaha caught off guard", the caption reads.

Yeah right, Ricky.
