Yet another NYPD cop has been busted for drunkenly firing their weapon — the third in less than a week.
Sergeant Wanda Anthony of the 122nd Precinct was arrested in Watchung, NJ, early Wednesday when she fired a shot into another woman's car at around 3:30 a.m., sources said.
The Staten Island cop was wasted at the time and apparently pulled out her service weapon during some type of domestic dispute involving Anthony's boyfriend and another woman, the sources said. No one was injured.
Anthony's arrest came just hours after Bronx cop Brendan Cronin unloaded six shots into a man riding in a car just north of the city, Pelham police said.
Last week, two boozed up Brooklyn cops were arrested after Detective Jay Poggi accidentally shot partner Matthew Sullivan before driving drunk to the hospital.
