Dreaming of two days of pure self-indulgent (but oh-so-healthy) bliss? If you've got a Hamptons house for the summer, there's no reason to visit a lush resort or upscale spa. Gather your girlfriends and turn your backyard into a retreat worthy of the most finicky traveler. My top 10 tips will renew you — mind, body and spirit — without leaving you with the Monday Morning Bank Account Blues.

1. Comfy lounge chairs: No spa weekend is truly relaxing without a place to lie back, have spa treatments, take a nap or read a juicy novel. Target's ergonomic Room Essentials Patio Lounger (above), $69.99, fits the bill — and should last for years (target.com).

JUST RELAX: It's not hard to turn your summer house into a spa oasis.

2. Extra-luxe beach towels: A stack of fluffy, absorbent towels is essential for your at-home resort vacation — use them to wipe off after a massage, or just lay one out to catch rays on. Amazon.com's Marketplace offers Royal Resort Collections' Luxury Pool beach towels made from eco-friendly Turkish cotton in pure white with sunny orange stripes at $16.99 a piece.

3. Spa robes:You need something nice to wrap up in while you give each other treatments or just for lounging. Overstock.com offers a Turkish cotton robe in four natural colors, including white, for $34.64.

4. Cold-pressed juice: To stay healthy and hydrated, check out twin brothers Justin and Ian Browne's "Juice Lane" for cold-pressed juice from Wainscott. It's freshly made with local organic produce — my faves are Farms 111 and Digestion ($11 per juice, juicelane.com).

5. Spritz to keep cool: Herbal water means you and your friends can cool off and benefit from the refreshing scent of mint or lavender. Add a quarter-cup of dried lavender and one teaspoon of dried mint to two cups of boiling water for each spritz bottle. Remove from heat and let the combo steep for two hours, then strain it and place the water in your spray bottle. Sally Beauty Supply sells a variety of spray bottles, including Tolco's Damask Retro Design 16-ounce bottle for $3.59 (sallybeauty.com).

6. Facial masks and massage: Reawaken your summer skin with a good face-mask. One of my faves is Bliss Spa's glamglo mud mask, $69 (blissworld.com). Borghese's Fango Active Mud for Face and Body, $66, is also an affordable luxury that will leave you luminous (borghese.com). Or call Naturopathica and have them send over a massage therapist: Prices range from $170 to $220 per hour (naturopathicaspa.com).

7. Pedicure: After soaking your feet in simple Epsom salts, polish each other's toenails with one of summer's hottest shades. I like Good as Gold from Essie, available at Nordstrom (nordstrom.com)for $8. Maybelline's Color Show in Bold Gold adds bling on a budget — $3.99 a bottle at Walgreens (walgreens.com).

8. Boot camp: Nothing whips you back in shape for another week at the office like a good sweat. Call celebrity trainer Natalie Raitano of Barry's Bootcamp to create the perfect private training session. Or just head to Barry's Bootcamp in Wainscott — it's $38 per class (barrysbootcamp.com).

9. Spa food: You can whip up your own salads with produce from the local farmer's market veggie stand. Round Swamp Farm in East Hampton has some of the freshest produce in the Hamptons. To supplement the bounty of the season, Spa Meals To Go delivers fresh nutritious food to your door (spamealstogo.com).

10. Drink up: A large glass pitcher is a must, as is a set of tall glasses. Overstock.com's Susquehanna 90-ounce glass pineapple pitcher, $33.46, is perfectly clear, save for a pretty pineapple etched into the front. A matching set of heavy-bottomed glasses, $33.65, completes the cheerful-but-elegant summer look.
