Patrick Stewart asked the audience at the PFLAG National Straight for Equality in Entertainment Awards gala on Thursday to help him settle a long-standing fashion dispute he's had with his fiancée, singer Sunny Ozell. Stewart's apparently always followed the rule that if you wear a black or navy suit, it should be paired with black shoes. Ozell has meanwhile been tirelessly working to convince the "X-Men" star that he can wear brown shoes with a blue suit. Stewart took the chance to poll what he called a "sartorially minded crowd" while accepting an award at the Marriott Marquis Times Square from the group. The result? His soon-to-be wife won the fashion debate.
