Perky morning-show host Kelly Ripa is seeing some action on her 76 Crosby St. penthouse, which is on the market for $24.5 million.
Sources tell Gimme Shelter that David Chase, creator of "The Sopranos," toured the 6,792-square-foot, five-bedroom, 4 1/2-bathroom condo. The enormous home features 12-plus-foot ceilings and a kitchen with two Electrolux dishwashers — Ripa has done commercials for Electrolux — and three refrigerators.
There's a master suite with closet space worthy of a TV star, along with a large media room that's doubled as a playroom. There's also a 2,500-square-foot private roof deck with an outdoor fireplace along with a gym and even "a secluded grotto offering a soothing hot tub and outdoor shower."

Ripa, we hear, loves the space but finds SoHo's swarming crowds of Balthazar-brunching tourists too close to home for comfort, and hubby Mark Consuelos agrees.

Kenilworth the wait
Finance couple Oliver Weisberg and Janine Feng just paid $10.5 million for a Central Park West co-op that had been on and off the market for years.
The 3,200-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment, which was listed for $21 million in 2008 and had a last asking price of $10.75 million, is at the Kenilworth, a 12-story, 1908 building on Central Park West's Gold Coast.
Weisberg, a managing director at Citadel, and Feng, a managing director at the Carlyle Group, bought the family-sized apartment from the estate of finance executive Lawrence Pidgeon, who worked for Goldman Sachs and Warren Buffett before launching CBM Capital.
Shaun's room & board
Shaun White, who recently announced that he's taking a break from skateboarding to focus on snowboarding for the 2014 Olympics, is looking for a downtown pad.
White, who just chopped the long red locks he's known for, was spotted looking at penthouses at 250 Bowery, a new condo building where the top-floor units range from $4.3596 million to $6.8936 million. The priciest penthouse is a three-bedroom, 3 1/2- bathroom unit with a sky-lit staircase that leads to the roof terrace.
The listing brokers are Douglas Elliman's John Gomes and Fredrik Eklund, who stars on Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing New York."
Big move-out-ski
That rug really tied the room together. Filmmaker Ethan Coen — half of the writing/directing/producing Coen brothers, whose movies include "The Big Lebowski" and "Fargo" — has put his apartment at 30 E. 10th St. on the market for $2.34 million.
The Greenwich Village co-op is an 1,800-square-foot, one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit that comes with a mezzanine loft and a laundry room that once was a darkroom. There are nearly 13-foot ceilings, custom-made bookshelves with a library ladder and dramatic beams and columns. The building features a roof deck and a keyed elevator.

Neal Kusnetz, president of clothing brand Robert Graham, has his apartment at 450 W. 17th St. on the market for $2.695 million. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at the Caledonia building is 1,266 square feet and features floor-to-ceiling windows and a custom sound system.
The listing brokers are Nest Seekers' Nick Jabbour and Ryan Serhant. Serhant is one of the stars of Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing New York."
