From Mayor Mike to Mayor Hill?

The lord mayor of New York City wanted Hillary Clinton to run for mayor ("Hill & Mike Both Have a Motive," Michael Goodwin, Dec. 5).

I'd like to remind His Highness about his line of succession.

We staged a revolution so we wouldn't have to submit to the whims of royalty.

Unfortunately, it seems that the mayor and many people in this country have forgotten their history.
